Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated dance instructor to teach youth ballet and jazz classes. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, experienced in both ballet and jazz, and able to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Teach ballet and jazz classes for youth
   
• Develop lesson plans that support skill-building, creativity, and performance readiness
   
• Encourage discipline, teamwork, and self-expression in students
   
• Prepare dancers for studio performances, recitals, and/or competitions (if applicable)
   
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff
   
• Serve as a positive role model within the studio community
