JOB SUMMARY:
Athletes Global Corporation is looking for a Recruiting Leader to join our team! The Recruiting Leader is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including talent, compensation, background checks, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies. The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. This includes background check, administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, and training. To be a Recruiting Leader, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for hourly/non-exempt positions, partnering with business development leaders, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviewing, progress reporting, and orientation
- Administer employment life cycle activities for assigned business units, including talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, progressions/promotions, development, exit process, and background checks
- Interpret policies and procedures, providing guidance to business development leaders and team members
- Work to increase effectiveness and efficiency of HR by providing guidance to all staff regarding front-line employee relations and schedules
- Identify, design and implement processing efficiencies as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Position Work Schedule & Payment Structure:
Work Days: 2 days out of the week + Friday
Work Hours: 10:00 am- 1:00 pm (Flexible on time)
AGC Recruiting & Staffing Service Payment Structure:
(Based off clients we provide for you to hire for)
1. Hourly Rate Contract: You will also be compensated residually, 10% from every hourly rate position you place. Compensation will be paid either bi-weekly or monthly (Net 15 or Net 30), based on the contractual agreement that is negotiated in your contract.
2. Direct Hire/Permanent Salary Position: You will also be compensated 10% on every full time position you place. We define a full time position as an, 12 month contract with the company. Compensation will be paid either bi-weekly or monthly (Net 15 or Net 30), based on the contractual agreement that is negotiated in your contract.
(Based off clients you find and close)
