Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cheer and Dance Instructor to teach youth classes. The ideal candidate has experience in cheerleading, dance, or both, and enjoys working with children of varying ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

• Teach cheer and dance classes for youth
   
• Plan and lead engaging lessons that incorporate technique, performance skills, and teamwork
   
• Choreograph routines
   
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for students
   
• Model good sportsmanship, discipline, and safety practices
   
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff
